Biography
Stacey Hibbs completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Butler University. She completed her Master’s and her Ph.D. at Boston College. Her dissertation focused on Tocqueville’s “new science of politics.” Upon the completion of her degree, she taught in the Perspectives program at Boston College. For the past two decades, she has taught in interdisciplinary programs, most notably in the Honors College at Baylor. In fact, Dr. Hibbs has taught in all four components of the Honors College--Great Texts, University Scholars, the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core, and Honors. She is currently a senior lecturer in the Honors Program.
