Honors College Weekly Submission Guidelines

• Please email HCNews@baylor.edu with event details. 
• The word count for each event must be 300 words or less.
• Friday at 8 a.m. is the deadline for emails coming out the next Monday. 
• The inclusion of event graphics is dictated by space limitations in the email and we reserve the right to not include graphics that do not meet Baylor's design standards. All graphics are required to be in 16:9 aspect ratio. You'll recognize this as the standard design size for digital displays around campus.
