Getterman Fellows
Students invited to Getterman Scholars Day become part of the Getterman Fellows community, regardless of whether they are ultimately selected to receive the full Getterman Scholarship. While only a small number of finalists are chosen as Getterman Scholars, all participants in Getterman Scholars Day gain access to the mentorship, leadership development, and community that defines the Getterman experience.
Getterman Fellows participate in programs designed to enrich their Baylor education through leadership training, service opportunities, professional development, and meaningful relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and peers.
All Getterman Scholars and Getterman Fellows are guaranteed acceptance to live in the Honors Residential College (HRC), a vibrant residential community that supports academic excellence, spiritual growth, and lasting friendships.
