Baylor’s 2026 senior class selected Walter M. Sparky Matthews, M.D., B.A. ’92, as the recipient of the 2026 Collins Outstanding Professor Award, which recognizes and honors outstanding teachers at Baylor. Matthews will present a lecture titled, “The Body of Christ: The Physiology of the Passion & Crucifixion." A reception will follow.
