Micah Scholars Connections offer freshmen students an opportunity to learn about the Micah Scholars initiative while building relationships with current scholars and faculty. Each gathering begins with a brief introduction to the Micah Scholars program, including its mission, community, and opportunities for growth, followed by a casual social activity such as games, vision boards, art, or seasonal activities. Designed to be welcoming and low-pressure, these events emphasize conversation, friendship, and authentic connection rather than evaluation. Open to all freshmen interested in healthcare careers, students may attend one event or several and are welcome to arrive late or leave early as their schedules permit.
