The Award
The National Security Education Program (NSEP) David L. Boren Scholarship, awarded by the U.S. Department of Defense, will fund language study in a world region critical to U.S. interests.
At Baylor
Amanda was in the Honors Program earning a BA in University Scholars. She was an officer for the Russian Club at Baylor, volunteered as an EMT for Baylor's First Aid Service team, and worked as a student assistant at the Keston Center and as a substitute for Waco ISD.
