Jackson White

  • Secondary Major in Political Science, Minors in Economics, History, and Religion

Jackson is a Senior University Scholar from San Antonio, Texas concentrating in Economics, History, and Religion with a Secondary Major in Political Science. Jackson lived in the HRC during his first year at Baylor and plans to pursue grad school after graduation. On campus, Jackson is involved in the Alexander Hamilton Society, Baylor Formula One Club, Pi Sigma Alpha, RUF, and serves as a Political Science Student Ambassador. 

Jackson’s favorite reading list book was The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis. Jackson has worked with faculty mentors Dr. Jordan, Dr. Hibbs, Dr. Coffman, Professor Moreira, and Professor Klein

To the new students Jackson says: “Time management is the most important thing!”

Extracurricular Experiences

Financial Intern at SageSpring Wealth Partners - worked over the summer at a financial planning firm assisting with prospect/client calls, establishing a secure digital database for client documents, and meeting with wholesalers. 

Political Science Student Ambassador - on-campus job working with PSC department to assist in outreach to potential students, help coordinate the PSC mentor program, and attend to general needs of the department.
