The Award
The Fulbright Scholarship will fund a master's in Biomedical Science and Translational Medicine at the University of Liverpool. Micheal was also previously named a Barry M Goldwater Scholar in STEM Research.
At Baylor
Micheal graduated with a BA in University Scholars. While at Baylor, he was on the National Executive Board for Kids Are Scientists Too, was on the Baylor Student Tutoring Team, and was a part of the Mens Club Rugby Team. He also spent his summers elucidating the molecular pathways involved in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension on a paid internship at Johns Hopkins Medical School.
