The Award
Rebecca was awarded a Fulbright ETA to Mexico. In addition to teaching English in Mexico, Voth will be exploring the issue of immigration patterns from and through the two countries.
At Baylor
At Baylor, Rebecca played a vital role in procuring and directing more than $135,000 to nonprofit organizations in Waco and around the globe—this, on top of her work as founder and CEO of a Dallas nonprofit (Splash Inc.) that teaches water safety to under-resourced children. Her thesis was entitled "Balancing Justice with Mercy: Two Approaches to Transitional Justice in Latin America".
