Ronda Bond, Ed.D.

Dr. Ronda Bond brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, with expertise in admissions, advising, and student retention. She currently teaches Examined Life, the first-year experience course for incoming Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC) students.

As a proud first-generation college graduate, Dr. Bond is passionate about supporting first-generation students and helping them succeed. She believes that care and advocacy—for both her team and her students—are essential and complementary priorities. Guided by her faith, Dr. Bond strives to lead with humility and purpose, serving both the academic community and the broader community.

Outside of her professional role, Dr. Bond enjoys all things Marvel and Star Wars. She loves spending time with her family, serving in her church, reading cozy mystery novels, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
