Ryan Marsh

Ryan Marsh is a Junior University Scholar from Pensacola, Florida, concentrating in Linguistics and Classics, with a secondary major in English and minors in Latin and Educational Psychology. He lived in the Honors Residential College for two years and plans to pursue an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and a Ph.D. in English after graduation to achieve his goal of becoming a university English professor. 

Outside of the classroom, Ryan is highly engaged in extracurricular activities. He serves as a chair on the ethics society, a teaching assistant for Elementary Latin I, a member of Sigma Tau Delta (the English Honors Society), and a representative on the Honors Council. During his second year, he also served on the Academic Committee for his residence hall. When offering a welcoming word to new students, Ryan shares that he hopes to see them around campus and is always happy to help!
