Honors College Outstanding Student Scholarship Award

Who is eligible?

• Current Baylor students enrolled in an Honors College program (Bachelor of Philosophy, Baylor Interdisciplinary Core, Great Texts, University Scholar, Honors Program)
• Must be in good standing with the Honors College
• Competitive students will have a minimum 3.5 overall GPA

How can I apply?

Applications are accepted year-round but must be submitted by February 2 to be considered for the current academic year. Students complete the online application on Scholarship Universe and submit essay responses that highlight their achievements, contributions, and aspirations. Use the menu on the left side and find the application titled “Honors College Outstanding Student Scholarship Award” on Scholarship Universe.

What happens if I am awarded the scholarship?

Students selected for the award will be notified by early March, and the funds will be applied to spring semester charges. Please note that the scholarship award amount may be adjusted as part of a student’s overall financial aid package to ensure compliance with university regulations.
