The 2025 Front Porch Republic Conference, hosted in partnership with the Baylor Honors College, will explore the theme of Work and Leisure. Open to the public, the event will bring together leading thinkers and practitioners for two days of engaging conversation on how labor, rest, and play shape a meaningful life. Keynote speaker Matthew Crawford, author of Shop Class as Soulcraft, will headline the program alongside a diverse slate of panelists. Held on the campus of Baylor University, the conference offers a rich opportunity to reflect on place, vocation, and community.
