The Award

A collaboration of Williams College and Mystic Seaport Museum, Williams-Mystic engages undergraduate students in a semester-long academic investigation of the sea accompanied by original research opportunities and travel throughout the United States.

At Baylor

At Baylor University, Kathryn triple majored in University Scholars, History, and Great Texts. She successfully completed my Honors Thesis, entitled "The Perils of Power", which is an examination of the leadership of Thomas Hutchinson, Thomas Gage, and Nathanael Greene. She has received an URSA (undergraduate research and scholarly achievement) grant to continue this research. She is the recipient of numerous awards and fellowships. She is a two-time Hertog Fellow, a Williams-Mystic Fellow, a B-TRUE Fellow, and the recipient of the Guittard-Verlander-Voegtle Scholarship.
